GDPR Privacy Policy
I am registered with the ICO (Information Commissioners Office) which means I need to tell you what data I am collecting from you and what I intend to do with it.
What data do I keep and why do I need it?
Name, address, email address, phone number – I use this to contact you regarding your sessions.
Will I share your data? Who will I share it with? and for What purpose?
I will not sell your data, allow a third-party to access it or use it for unethical reasons
I may have to share it should my notes be subpoenaed by court. If I consider that your safety is at risk or anyone connected with you is at risk of harm then I may have to pass this information on to the relevant authorities.
How will I store your data?
Your data will be kept in a locked filing cabinet. Your phone number is kept in my business mobile phone which is passcode protected. My email account is also password protected.
Your Rights
You have a right to see, amend or erase any data I hold about you. However, I can decline to erase any information needed for me to practice lawfully and competently.
This Privacy statement will be reviewed annually.
